- Improve Appetite and Support Healthy Digestion

- Ingredients: Codonopsis, Chinese Yam, Fructus Hordei Germinatus Preparata, Poria, Solomonseal Rhizome Head, Wolfberry, Dried Tangerine Peel, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata

Cooking Guide:
- Rinse the herbs
- Add herbs & preferred meat into the pot
- Add 800ml water
- Simmer on low heat for 45 mins
- Season to taste, and serve warm
