Cooking Guide: Blanch 1 kg meaty pork ribs. Put all the herbs & mix spices pack into 1.8L of water and boil for 15 minutes. Add 10 crushed garlic bulbs & pork ribs, cook for another 45-60 minutes. Add salt & soy sauce to taste & your desired vegetables, dried bean curd, enoki mushroom etc.
