Little Freddie's Andalusian strawberries are handpicked  at their prime very 4 days rather than the usual 7 for a more consistent taste. It's blended with crisp, fresh-tasting apples to balance the flavour and complement the sweet flavour of the strawberries, 

Single-origin Canvendish bananas lend this recipe a delightful creaminess and are a source of potassium. Perfect fed straight from a spoon or dolloped on top of porridge or pancakes.
