    Product Description

    It's easy to make fluffy, moist pancakes just like the ones you get at the cafe. 


    [Pancake Mix] Wheat flour, sugar, rice starch, powdered oil and fat, wheat starch, glutinous rice starch, whey powder (including milk ingredients), salt/processed starch, baking powder, emulsifier (derived from soybeans), flavoring, casein sodium, polysaccharide thickener [Powdered sugar] Sugar, dextrin

     Weight: 170g (pancake mix 80g x 2, powdered sugar 5g x 2)

     [How to make]

    Pancake Mix: 1 bag (80g)

    Egg: 1

    Milk (unadjusted): 40ml 

    1. After mixing the egg and milk, add the pancake mix and knead thoroughly for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

    2. It will make a sticky dough.

    3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, let it cool slightly on a wet dish towel, and return it to the stove on low heat.

    4. Drop the dough into the pan (the diameter of the dough is about 3 cm).

    5. Cover and bake for 3 minutes. When the edges of the dough are dry and fine bubbles appear on the surface, flip it over.

    6. Bake for 3 minutes, covered, until the dough is cooked through.
