Sweet Corn Powdered Steam Bun (Microwave Oven Use)

Soft and modest sweet steamed bun which can be made easily with microwave oven.

INGREDIENTS:

flour (manufactured in Japan), maltose, vegetable oil, powdered corn, sugar, powdered egg white (contains eggs), starch syrup, skimmed milk powder / modified starch, raising agent, calcium carbonate, sodium caseinate, emulsifier (soy-derived), ferric pyrophosphate.

[How to make]

Mix 1 bag of steam bun mix (20g) with 15ml (1 tbsp) of milk/water/fruit juice into a

microwave safe bowl. Mix well until there are no lumps. Microwave for 50 seconds

with 500W/600W heat mode. Poke using a fork to make sure it is fully cooked.
